The film is about two childhood friends Abhi and Tuli (played by Indraneil Sengupta and Koel Mullick) and begins on a very promising note. They are the â??bestest of friends', closer than anyone can hope to be, but Abhi does fall in love with Tuli over a period of time which she doesn't realise and confesses his feelings to her when she comes to town for the pujas after 3 long years. However for her , Abhi can only be her closest friend and confidante who is more than a soul mate to her but can't be her boyfriend as she just can't think of him in that way.
