Jai Dixit sells pirated DVDs and is caught by his uncle Joseph. His uncle changes his personality and name to Suraj Bhardwaj and sends him to Australia. At the airport he meets Romi Latti, a student on a scholarship to Univeristy College. He also meets Suhani who comes to pick Romi up. He impersonates Romi as he is attracted to Suhani. When she finds the truth he runs away. One day while talking to his uncle at grocery store he finds few Australians attacking the owner because he is a Muslim. Suraj finds the gun and holds the attackers at gunpoint. When the police arrive, he remembers his uncles advise and runs again. He meets Nicole, sister of the attackers, who works in a strip club. When times comes to decide between Suhani and Nicole, he chooses Suhani. Later Suhani's brother Samarth kidnaps Nicole, when Suraj goes to save her he is accidentally shot by Samarth. Romi attacks Samarth and kills him. The movie ends with Suhani and Suraj getting back together.
